Defining creativity

...and just exactly what do we mean by ‘creative’?!

As a guide, “those industries which have their origin in individual creativity, skill and talent and which have a potential for wealth and job creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property”.  (Department of Culture, Media and Sport definition)

Many types of business can be considered to fall within the category; the creative spectrum is vast, covering a multitude of ventures, including:
Advertising, Architecture, The Art and Antiques market, Crafts, Design, Designer Fashion, Film and Video, Interactive Leisure Software, Music, Performing Arts, Publishing, Software and Computer games, Television and Radio.

If your business falls into one of these categories and you would like some independent advice, talk to cirt.
