To take advantage of 'Effective Customer Management' you have to actively increase your knowledge of your customer. This seminar has been designed around activities and practical exercises that can be introduced into your own company's systems.
The seminar will develop your understanding of:

•Project Leaders - who is responsible?
The seminar is delivered in a practical way, looking at developing strategies that really work and bring in results.

This seminar is for Leicester based creative companies/sole traders/pre-starts/ those working in the Leicester creative sector.
