Well, luck would have it that we have a seminar for you!
Delivered by Andrew Nicholson from Four Thinking Consultancy and Training.
To take advantage of 'Effective Customer Management' you have to actively increase your knowledge of your customer. This seminar has been designed around activities and practical exercises that can be introduced into your own company's systems.
